Cancellation Policy

Coaching & Business Consultations must be paid at time of booking to secure appointment. An invoice with payment info will be emailed after the appointment is booked. Payments should be made via Zelle or Venmo no later than 24 hours prior to appointment.* If your session requires a review of materials before consultation, all materials must be received 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Client cancellations or reschedules must be completed 24 hours in advance. Wright Productions reserves the right to cancel appointments if payment is not received 24 hours prior to scheduled session. *Appointments scheduled with less than 24 hours to session must be paid prior to meeting start.
